Eligibility for Returns & ExchangesΒ Β 
- Items must beΒ unused, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Β 
- Returns or exchanges must be requested withinΒ 28 daysΒ of the original purchase date. Β 
- Final Sale Items: High jewelry, watches, and personalized/made-to-order products (including engraved or monogrammed items) cannot be returned or exchanged. Β

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (if eligible) and instructions. Β 
3. Securely pack the item with all original packaging and accessories (e.g., warranty cards, certificates). Β 

Refunds & ExchangesΒ 
- Refunds are issued to the original payment methodΒ in the same currency and region as the purchase. Β 
- Exchanges are subject to availability and processed online only. Β 
-Β PayPal purchases: Can only be refunded or exchanged through our online store. Β 

Β  Non-Returnable Purchases Β 
- Department store purchases must be returned to the original retailer. Β 
- International clients are responsible for complying with export regulations. Β
